F Flux Browser

Flux Browser Privacy Policy — iOS

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This policy applies to Flux Browser for iPhone and iPad, bundle identifier com.jppjff.fluxbrowser.ios.

Information Flux does not collect

Flux does not require a Flux account. The developer does not collect or send your browsing history, search history, visited URLs or hostnames, page titles or contents, bookmarks, cookies, website credentials, profile names, proxy settings, protection receipts, or media URLs through the app's analytics system.

Optional attribution and usage analytics

Attribution & usage analytics is off by default. You can turn it on or off in Flux Diagnostics.

When it is on, Flux uses Adjust to measure app installs and sessions and to record four bounded actions: the first open measured after you opt in, viewing the Flux VIP offer, tapping the purchase action, and a verified successful VIP purchase. Flux does not send purchase price, currency, transaction identifiers, receipts, or Apple account information to Adjust.

Adjust may process app and device metadata needed to provide the service, assign an Adjust SDK/device identifier, and receive ordinary network metadata such as an IP address. Flux explicitly disables access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), Apple's vendor identifier (IDFV), and the App Tracking Transparency interface. No advertising partner integration is configured for Flux in Adjust. Flux does not use Adjust to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Turning attribution analytics off disables the Adjust SDK and stops future analytics transmission from Flux. Flux does not register Apple's attribution postback-copy endpoints for Adjust, so iOS does not send those copies to Adjust independently of this in-app choice.

Data stored on your device

Flux stores settings, bookmarks, exact-host protection exceptions, and—if enabled—the last normal page on your device. Normal WebKit tabs can store website cookies, cache, local storage, and other website data on the device. Each private tab uses a nonpersistent WebKit data store and private tabs are not restored after relaunch.

The Shield keeps a bounded, sanitized receipt of observable protection events only in the current tab. Flux does not upload that receipt.

Websites, search, and media

When you visit a website, that website and its service providers receive the information needed for ordinary web requests, which can include your IP address, request headers, cookies allowed by WebKit, account state, and information you submit to the website. The website's own privacy policy governs its practices.

When you enter text that is not a website address, Flux sends the search text to your selected search provider. WebKit fraud-warning and content-protection features may use Apple or browser-engine security services and protection lists.

Purchases

Flux VIP Monthly is purchased through Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and supplies Flux with entitlement status. Flux does not receive your full payment-card or Apple Account credentials. If optional attribution analytics is enabled, Flux sends only the bounded verified-purchase-success event described above to Adjust.

Permissions

The iOS app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, precise location, notifications, or App Tracking Transparency permission in this release. Websites rendered by WebKit may still request or use capabilities according to iOS and WebKit behavior; grant access only to websites you trust.

Retention and deletion

Local normal-tab website data remains on your device until you clear persistent browsing data, iOS removes it, or you uninstall Flux. You can delete bookmarks individually and clear persistent cookies, caches, and website storage from Flux Settings. Private-tab website data is nonpersistent and private tabs are not restored.

Adjust retains optional analytics according to the developer's Adjust account settings and Adjust's applicable service terms. Turn the control off to stop future transmission. For questions or to exercise applicable privacy rights, contact support@mkit.ai. Because Flux has no account and does not send your contact details to Adjust, explain that you are asking about Adjust analytics; the developer will tell you what data, if any, can be reliably located.

Children and unrestricted web access

Flux is a general-purpose browser with unrestricted access to user-selected websites. It is not designed for children and is not offered in the App Store Kids Category.
